On November 15, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City, the 15th anniversary celebration of the KEIEIJUKU program was held with great ceremony, marking a significant milestone in the cooperative development journey between Vietnam and Japan. Nearly 500 alumni—business leaders from across the country—gathered to express gratitude to their mentors and further strengthen the close ties within the business community.
A 15-Year Journey: From Foundations to New Heights
Originating as a collaborative project between Vietnam and Japan, KEIEIJUKU has undergone a dynamic journey of growth and transformation. From its modest beginnings, the program has steadily established its reputation, attracting thousands of entrepreneurs nationwide.
Since its launch in 2009, KEIEIJUKU, implemented by the Foreign Trade University in collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), has become a solid foundation for the development of numerous Vietnamese enterprises. The program not only imparts modern management knowledge inspired by the Japanese Monozukuri philosophy but also fosters a generation of entrepreneurs centered on people, ethical business practices, and a spirit of self-reliance and resilience.
In 2017, the Vietnam-Japan Human Resources Development Institute (VJCC Institute) was officially established, integrating the efforts of two VJCC centers. This milestone has further enhanced training and strengthened connections within the business community.
- Impressive Numbers: Over the past 15 years, KEIEIJUKU has trained more than 1,000 business leaders. Alumni have successfully applied their knowledge to practical scenarios, contributing to improved product and service quality and promoting sustainable management and competitiveness among Vietnamese businesses.
- Expanding the Network: The KEIEIJUKU community continues to grow with the formation of regional chapters and clubs across many provinces. This extensive network serves as a platform for entrepreneurs to share experiences, learn from one another, and grow together.
- Innovation and Development: The program consistently evolves and updates its curriculum to meet the practical needs of businesses, incorporating knowledge on modern management, innovation, and digital transformation.
