The "Problem-solving through AI & IoT for Vietnam (VNAI)" program is one of the management training programs conducted by AOTS in collaboration with the AI & IoT Promotion Association (AIPA), Japan. VNAI is designed to help participants understand the process of realizing digital transformation (DX) using AI & IoT, while developing solutions for their companies' challenges, such as digitalizing business models, products, services, and operations. Participants will develop problem-solving plans for their company's challenges.

The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) is a primarily foreign human resource development organization aimed at promoting technical cooperation through training, dispatching experts, and other programs. Through these programs, AOTS aims to contribute to the general economic growth of developing countries and Japan, as well as to strengthen friendly relations between countries.
Objectives Participants can achieve the following objectives by participating in the "Problem-solving through AI & IoT for Vietnam (VNAI)" program:
• Understand the digital transformation (DX) process to solve problems using AI & IoT, including goal setting, understanding the current situation, identifying issues, building problem-solving strategies, and implementation.
• Understand the basic principles of AI & IoT (machine learning, deep learning, intellectual property), data analysis, and information security (risks and coping measures).
• Understand the importance of deploying AI & IoT and the keys to success by studying typical case studies of Japanese companies successfully using AI & IoT through leadership and management acumen in this field.
• Practice using practical tools such as IoT sensors (e.g., IoT Hub and Arduino) and AI modules (e.g., Azure ML and Power BI). Participants will learn how to accumulate and analyze data as well as understand practical techniques for using AI & IoT.
