Generation 7X - Overcoming difficulties and challenges, creating a future for a prosperous Vietnam
Vietnam in the early years of the 21st century is an economic picture full of contrasting colors. Opportunities are opening up but challenges are also piling up, especially for domestic enterprises in the context of international integration. Amidst these turbulent flows, the 7X generation with its resilient spirit and daring spirit has been writing inspiring business stories. The "transformation" journey of Cat Van Loi Industrial Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Joint Stock Company, from a small trading company to become a leading supporting mechanical industry manufacturer, is a clear proof.
Keieijuku Course - Seeds of change and dreams of reaching new heights
Cat Van Loi started out in the field of trade. The quick and easy profits of this model made the company's leadership satisfied with the "quick fix" mindset. However, in the era of integration, they clearly recognized the dependence on imported goods and the great potential of the domestic manufacturing industry. The desire to rise up and affirm the value of "Made By Vietnam" began to grow.
In 2007, the Keieijuku course sponsored by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) truly "sowed the seeds" of change in the thinking of the 4-member leadership team of Cat Van Loi. The program not only provided advanced production management knowledge, but also inspired a spirit of sustainable business, promoting human values and social responsibility. In addition, Cat Van Loi takes advantage of training support for leadership & management from the AOTS program of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI) in Japan, the Vietnam Private Sector Competitiveness Enhancement Project (IPSC) by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for 35 pioneering Vietnamese enterprises, the Productivity - Quality - Digital Transformation Expert Training Program (Ministry of Industry and Trade & Samsung), the Shindashi Enterprise Diagnosis Expert Training Program (Ministry of Planning and Investment & JICA), the Business Cooperation Training Program with Germany (GIZ)... Valuable lessons from experts from Japan, Germany, Korea and the United States, along with the opportunity to exchange and learn from leading enterprises in the world and the region have fueled the fire of aspiration, urging them to step out of their comfort zone.

"Transformation" to conquer the dream of "Made by Vietnam" and "reach out to the big sea"
Returning from the Keieijuku course, the leadership of Cat Van Loi with 4 Kier members (K6-K7) has made dramatic changes in thinking and action. They decided to shift to supporting industrial production, focusing on the electromechanical field with the aspiration of "Replacing imported goods - Made by Vietnam".
This is a bold decision, going beyond the traditional business path. The path from trade to production is not full of roses. Cat Van Loi has to face countless challenges: lack of technology, management capacity, difficulties in quality management, fierce competition pressure from foreign products...
But with the resilient spirit of "Dare to do - CAN DO", Cat Van Loi's leadership does not falter. They persistently learn, invest systematically in technology, build a quality management system that meets international standards, and focus on training high-quality human resources for managers and employees. From there, Cat Van Loi steadily moves forward step by step, firmly on the path to realizing the dream of "Made by Vietnam".
Reaping "sweet fruit", reaching international standards to participate in the global supply chain
The relentless efforts have brought "sweet fruit" to Cat Van Loi. Products under the Cat Van Loi brand not only meet domestic demand but also reach out to the world, affirming the position of Vietnamese brands in the international arena.
