On August 18, Vietnam officially inaugurated the Saigon Marina International Financial Centre (SMIFC) – one of the landmark projects celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam’s National Day.
With its modern architecture and impressive scale, Saigon Marina has been hailed as the “heartbeat of Saigon”, symbolizing a new era and marking a significant step forward in urban infrastructure development, while reinforcing Ho Chi Minh City’s position on the global financial map.
Cat Van Loi – Ensuring quality for an iconic project
Playing a key role in the M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) infrastructure of the tower, CAT VAN LOI INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING JSC (CVL) – the first Vietnamese manufacturer of M&E materials to achieve UL Listed certification – supplied G.I steel conduits, UL 797-certified EMT conduits, and Wire mesh cable tray- NEMA BI 50015
These products meet the highest international standards for safety, durability, and aesthetics, ensuring the smooth operation and long-term performance of the building’s technical systems.
The adoption of “Made by Vietnam” products from Cat Van Loi in this international-scale project is a testament to the company’s outstanding manufacturing capability and brand reputation, reinforcing its pioneering role in shaping world-class technical infrastructure while advancing the global integration of Vietnam’s mechanical and electrical industry.
