On October 1, 2025, the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) officially relocated its headquarters from 30 Tran Binh Trong Street, Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi, to 96 Nguyen Du Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi.
Earlier, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the People’s Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the All-People’s Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 – August 19, 2025), the Ministry held the inauguration ceremony for its new headquarters – a landmark project with profound political, administrative, and social significance.
The project was commenced in December 2023 and completed after nearly 18 months of continuous construction, demonstrating the determination to celebrate the force’s proud 80-year tradition. The new headquarters represents a significant milestone in the modernization of the Ministry’s infrastructure, in line with Resolution No. 12 of the Politburo.
In this project, Cat Van Loi Industrial Electrical Equipment Manufacturing JSC (CVL) – a pioneering Vietnamese enterprise in mechanical and electrical (M&E) manufacturing – proudly accompanied the Ministry of Public Security by supplying UL-certified (Underwriters Laboratories – USA) electrical conduit systems and accessories.
Cat Van Loi’s products meet stringent standards for safety, durability, fire resistance, and structural stability, contributing to the completion of the electrical and M&E systems at the new headquarters. These solutions ensure a modern, standardized, and efficient working environment for the People’s Public Security Force.
