With a total floor area of over 106,000 m², including 87,000 m² of Grade A offices and a high-end commercial center, Marina Central Tower promises to become one of the largest office and commercial buildings in Ho Chi Minh City upon completion. The tower also aims to achieve LEED Gold certification - a green building certification from the US Green Building Council.
Not only outstanding in scale, Marina Central Tower is also on the list of the tallest buildings in Ho Chi Minh City with a height of 240m, ranked third after Landmark 81 (461m) and Bitexco Financial Tower (262m).
