A strong team is one that is united, where each person feels like a member of the group, feels valued and important. When a team member feels like an outsider or can't connect with other members, it's clear that the foundation of the team is not strong. It can completely collapse before someone has a chance to repair the connection. And a good way to start rebuilding the foundation is through physical team-building games that help people communicate, understand each other better, and integrate into the team. From there, the annual Team Building program of Cat Van Loi was born, not only to give all employees a break after a year of hard work, but also to provide an opportunity for members of the Cat Van Loi family to bond with each other.
As one of Cat Van Loi's CVL care policies, this year's 2018 team building with the theme of "Unity - Sharing" carries the meaning of bonding together to build team spirit and share love. Through this program, members of the Cat Van Loi family had a very joyful and meaningful time together, participating in interesting team-building games. It can be said that the 2018 team building program was quite successful in enhancing teamwork and bonding as well as providing a relaxing time for Cat Van Loi members after a year of hard work.
