Productivity and quality are not only a measure of success for each enterprise but also reflect the development of the entire economy. In addition to applying advanced science and technology, the quality of human resources and labor awareness are important keys to maximizing technology transfer, creating a premise for productivity growth - This is also one of the focuses that the Vietnam Private Sector Competitiveness Enhancement Project (USAID IPSC) focuses on supporting Vietnamese enterprises through the Pioneer Enterprise Support Program.
Specifically, on September 18, 2024. The USAID IPSC Project implemented the "Job Guidance Skills Training Program for Middle Managers using the Training Within Industry (TWI) method" for the management team of Cat Van Loi Industrial Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Joint Stock Company. With a history dating back to the 1940s in the United States, Training Within Industry - TWI has proven its effectiveness in helping businesses master this method to increase performance and efficiency in industry, while helping to improve labor relations and create a positive working environment.
Throughout the program, Cat Van Loi's staff will be provided with essential skills:
• Job guidance skills: Help managers supervise and guide effective personnel training, shorten time and standardize workers' skills.
• Skills to improve working methods: Create a culture of continuous improvement, standardize processes, optimize resources and reduce production costs.
With support from USAID IPSC, Cat Van Loi is gradually improving efficiency in industrial production, continuing to maintain its position as one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of electromechanical materials in the domestic market while creating a solid foundation as a springboard to enter the international market.
