An inspection threaded tee is used in electrical installations to create a branch connection in a conduit system. It is typically installed at a point where an inspection or access is required to the wiring or electrical devices that are contained within the conduit. The tee has three openings, with one end perpendicular to the other two, allowing the screwed steel conduit to be connected on all three ends. The inspection point is provided by a removable cover that allows easy access to the wiring within the conduit.
