- Ladder cable tray and trunking laying direction should be short, and should try to lay along the wall, along the column or along the beam.
- According to the cable tray and trunking laying direction, to the civil engineering professionals, structural professionals proposed to reserve wall holes, floor holes and hangers device, the required pre-embedded steel plate orientation and load. And it should be harmonized with process, plumbing and power.
- Concealed metal trunking wiring on the ground, when it can not be prevented, the orientation of the cable tray should be in line with the following rules, or adopt the appropriate protective measures.
- Different voltage, different use of the cable should not be laid in the same layer of cable tray:
- More than 1kV and 1kV and the following cable;
- The same way to the first load power supply double circuit cable;
- Emergency lighting and other lighting cables;
- Power, control and telecommunication cables. If cables of different grades are laid in the same cable tray, the center should be separated by a partition.
- In the engineering conditions of installation or maintenance do not need to consider additional concentrated load, cable ladder racks, trays, the work of uniform load according to the cable weight evenly distributed accounting.
- Cable tray should not be laid in parallel with the following pipes, in the design should be closely coordinated with the civil engineering professionals, so that based on different structural type and construction layout, reasonable determination of the line pathway and equipment selection.
- Cable tray should be above the corrosive liquid pipeline.
- Cable tray should be below the heat pipe.
- Flammable and explosive gases heavier than air, cable tray should be above the pipe.
- When the flammable and explosive gas is lighter than air, the cable tray should be below the pipe.
- Please refer to the relevant standards for the minimum spacing between cable trays and pipelines.
- The necessary distance should be maintained between the generalized wiring cable and the electrical equipment such as motor and power transformer in the vicinity where high level electromagnetic interference may occur. Generalized wiring cable and power cable distance should be in line with the GB/T50311-2000 standard 11.0.2 rules.
- Wall laying of integrated wiring cables, fiber optic cables and pipelines and other pipeline distance should be consistent with GB/T50311-2000 standard 11.0.2 rules.
- When cable trays are laid horizontally, a better span should be selected according to the load curve, and the span is generally 1.5 ~ 3.0 m. For straight line laying, the fixing distance should not be more than 2m.
