GÓI HỖ TRỢ CAO CẤP CHO DOANH NGHIỆP TIÊN PHONG

Dự án Tăng cường năng lực cạnh tranh khu vực tư nhân Việt Nam (IPSC) là một dự án hỗ trợ kỹ thuật do Cơ quan Phát triển Quốc tế Hoa Kỳ (USAID) tài trợ và Cục Phát triển Doanh nghiệp (AED), Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư (MPI), là chủ dự án. IPSC hướng tới mục tiêu sẽ hỗ trợ cải thiện chính sách, loại bỏ các rào cản thị trường và giải quyết các thách thức trong quản trị doanh nghiệp đang cản trở sự phát triển của các doanh nghiệp đang tăng trưởng - bao gồm cả các doanh nghiệp do phụ nữ và nhóm yếu thế làm chủ. Dự án hướng tới thúc đẩy khu vực tư nhân Việt Nam đổi mới sáng tạo, tăng cơ hội kinh doanh và nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh trên thị trường khu vực và thế giới.

Dự án USAID IPSC đang cung cấp gói hỗ trợ cao cấp, thiết kế riêng theo điều kiện và định hướng phát triển riêng của doanh nghiệp đang sở hữu sản phẩm, dịch vụ có giá trị cao, đã xuất khẩu hoặc có định hướng xuất khẩu, có tiềm năng khẳng định thương hiệu Việt trên thị trường khu vực và quốc tế.

  • Tiêu chí cơ bản lựa chọn doanh nghiệp tiên phong:

IPSC được tạo thành từ bốn Mục tiêu có liên quan với nhau:

  1. XÂY DỰNG NĂNG LỰC QUẢN TRỊ KINH DOANH
  2. THÚC ĐẨY ÁP DỤNG CÔNG NGHỆ VÀ MÔ HÌNH KINH DOANH MỚI
  3. CẢI THIỆN MÔI TRƯỜNG KINH
  4. THÚC ĐẤY LIÊN KẾT GIỮA CÁC DOANH NGHIỆP

Mỗi gói hỗ trợ sẽ được tùy chỉnh cho từng doanh nghiệp, tùy theo tình hình, nhu cầu, năng lực phát triển, cam kết tham gia và sẵn sàng hợp tác đầu tư. Các gói hỗ trợ sẽ tập trung vào việc tạo điều kiện cho các dịch vụ phát triển doanh nghiệp và chuyên gia kỹ thuật cung cấp dịch vụ tư vấn và đào tạo chuyên ngành nhằm giúp doanh nghiệp tăng cường năng lực quản trị, quản lý và chiến lược (bao gồm phát triển chiến lược, sàng lọc mô hình kinh doanh, định vị thương hiệu, tiếp thị, đổi mới, truyền thông và nhân sự, phát triển tài nguyên). IPSC sẽ phát triển các Chỉ số Hiệu suất Chính (KPI) cho từng gói hỗ trợ để doanh nghiệp có thể định lượng kết quả đạt được và đánh giá hiệu quả của kết quả.

Công Ty Cổ Phần Sản xuất Thiết bị Điện Công nghiệp Cát Vạn Lợi thành lập năm 2007 đã được ghi nhận khi được chọn là một trong những doanh nghiệp tiên phong nhận gói hỗ trợ của IPSC. Công ty dẫn đầu ngành bằng các sản phẩm vật tư cơ điện (M&E) mang thương hiệu riêng. Thông qua đề án này, IPSC sẽ hỗ trợ Cát Vạn Lợi triển khai các hoạt động trong khuôn khổ hỗ trợ kỹ thuật do IPSC cung cấp trong kế hoạch hành động đã được phê duyệt theo sáng kiến 1– Tiêu chuẩn hóa quy trình và tổ chức - Đánh giá hiện tại, tiêu chuẩn hóa tổ chức, cải tiến quy trình và hỗ trợ triển khai

IPSC đang tìm kiếm đội ngũ 03 chuyên gia tư vấn, bao gồm Trưởng nhóm (Tư vấn 1), Sales & Marketing (Tư vấn 2) và Sản xuất & Chất lượng (Tư vấn 3) để hỗ trợ Cát Vạn Lợi (CVL) trong việc thực hiện đánh giá hiện tại, tổ chức tiêu chuẩn hóa, cải tiến quy trình và hỗ trợ triển khai theo các nhiệm vụ và sản phẩm bàn giao dưới đây

  • In collaboration with consultant 2 and 3, finalize and complete the assessment document package, that includes: Business Strategyand organizational structure, focus onSales, Marketing, Production-Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse Departments
  • Conduct a realistic assessment on the current status of businessthe gap with expectations and potential risks, reviewing operating model, organizational structure, functions, tasks and roles, responsibilities, and performance of each position.

This includes:

  • Review of existing documents on business strategy, organizational structure, processes, policies, and procedures in the Sales, Marketing, Production-Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse Departments
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with the leaders, Sales, Marketing, Production-Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse Departments and other teams.
  • Identify and clarify business goals and strategies and developtraining programs, an improvement roadmap, and an action plan.
  • In collaboration with consultants 2 and 3 integrate and finalize the business goals, strategies, developtraining programs, improvement roadmap, and the action plan
  • Discuss and clarify with the Board of Directors on the potential improvement points,the gap between the current state and ability to achieve goals,recommendations,measurement indicators, etc.
  • Review and revise the business goals, strategies, developtraining programs, improvement roadmap, and the action plan if needed.

Notes: The recommendations will not include any recommendations regarding staff size.

  • Conduct group coaching and mentoring sessions for both employees and leadership onthe organizational structure, business strategy, functional mandates and position structure, and standard process.
  • Support to improve business metrics.
  • Carry out periodic evaluations and feedback.
  • Reserve plans to face challenges and adjust strategies quickly when needed.

A Training, Coaching and Mentoring report:
