On May 08, 2024, Ly Tu Trong College had a meeting and signed an internship program with Cat Van Loi industrial electrical equipment manufacturing joint stock company. Representing the school is Mr. Chung Tran The Vinh, Head of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, while Mr. Le Mai Huu Lam, General Director of Cat Van Loi, represents the company.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed in depth about the school's human resource training needs and orientation, as well as the business's requirements and expectations for interns. Ly Tu Trong College commits to sending students with expertise, skills and good working attitudes to meet the company's needs during the internship period. Mr. Le Mai Huu Lam also gave greetings and summarized the history, construction and development process and introduced key products as well as the achievements Cat Van Loi has achieved in the electrical equipment manufacturing industry - Mechanical and Electrical. Besides, Mr. Lam also shared about the working environment, corporate culture and career development opportunities at Cat Van Loi factory. At the same time, he also emphasized that recruiting and training talent is one of the company's top priorities.
After that, representatives from both the school and the company discussed the content of the internship program. Mr. Chung Tran The Vinh introduced the school's courses and training programs, along with the skills and knowledge that the school's students will be equipped with during their internship. Mr. Le Mai Huu Lam also shared about the projects the company is implementing and the skills that interns will have the opportunity to interact with and learn at the company.
After exchanging information, both parties discussed and agreed on the terms and conditions of the internship program. The goals, tasks and rights of students are clarified in the signed agreement. Both the school and the company are committed to creating the best internship environment for students, while providing the necessary support and supervision to ensure effective student development and learning.
