Product information

Thermite welding is a molecular bond formed by using welding powder that raises the temperature inside the mold to nearly 3000°C, causing the metal inside to melt and create a connection without any accessories. Thermite welding can be performed with various types of metals such as copper, steel, and more.

Characteristics:

Performed when creating a 4-way cable-to-cable joint.
Different cable sizes require different amounts of welding material (refer to the table).
Different cable sizes use different welding molds (refer to the table).
One welding mold clamp can be used for all types of molds.

Application:

Used in lightning protection and grounding systems.
